"Sooooo long story, long… lol I’ve been with another Insurance company whose name I won’t mention for 16 years but had to switch bc in one year they doubled my mortgage insurance premium rate and car insurance rate without any claims made or accidents!their reasoning was Covid and more ppl back on the road BS. After a week, I called my girl Jess back and we locked in! Jessica was not only super informative on all insurance matters, she was so kind, sincere, and patient, and advocated for me on a misunderstanding I had which she helped me get thru! I just gotta say I feel more at home and insurance savvy with her and I haven’t even made my second monthly payment yet! More than I have in the last 16 years which says a lot! So please don’t just choose any State Farm Rep! Choose Jess.. Jessica Taggart, she’ll help you get thru it like me!"
