As a member of the SF (that's Salesforce, not Special Forces - though honestly the chaos levels are comparable and I've definitely seen grown adults cry over both), I don't have time for pushy sales tactics or soul-crushing insurance calls. And as a millennial, I'd literally rather gouge my eyes out with a spork than endure a phone call with a stranger about admin tasks.
Marc SOMEHOW made it not just tolerable but genuinely enjoyable. This man had me actually laughing out loud while explaining insurance - INSURANCE - gave me straightforward options without even a whiff of sleazy pressure, and casually saved me $120/month like it was nothing.
Saved me money, saved my sanity, and knocked something off my to-do list that had been haunting me like a ghost with unfinished business for WEEKS. If all phone calls were like this, I would not only answer unknown numbers, I would answer them with enthusiasm.
10/10 would get insured again. Highly recommend if you want someone who's wildly competent, genuinely personable, and won't make you feel like you need emotional armor just to discuss deductibles."
